The Cheyenne Roger Mills Chamber of Commerce Annual Christmas Craft Show was held on November 17th. There were lots of great vendors with many unique items. Lots of people enjoyed the show.
Santa visited at 2:30 to hand out treats, visit with the kids and pose for photos. There were lots of eager boys and girls on hand, eager to give Santa their wish lists.
There were lots of door prizes given as well as drawings for Chamber business gift certificates.
The Chamber would like to thank the following businesses for their donations to our holiday events: Roger Mills Memorial Hospital, Security State Bank, Fourpoint Energy, Dale and Judy Tracy, Dr. Steven Shrader, Cheyenne Professional Drug, Tweed's Hilltop Cafe, Smith Ag, Northfork Electric, Turley Ranch, York Insurance, Dobson Telephone. The 8th Annual Cheyenne Roger Mills Chamber of Commerce Arts and Crafts Show will be held on Saturday, November 18th at the Roger Mills Ag Pavilion. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. We have a full show booked with lots of great new booths as well as old favorites. Some of the things at this year's show will be MLM Jewelry, Monat Hair Products, Young Living Essential Oils, Scentsy, Embroidery baby and adult shirts, Dips and seasonings, Handmade Jewelry, Scarves, Celebrating Home Decor, Crochet items, Art Paintings, Horn Flowers, Plants, Rugs, Pillows, Woodcrafts, Home Decor, LulaRoe Women and Girls Clothing, Toys, Folkmanis Puppets, Bath Bombs, Christmas Ornaments, Leaded, fused, recycled Glass, Handmade Milk Soap, Trendy Trailer clothes, Soy Candles, Baby Blankets, Quilts, Placemats, Younique Makeup, Christmas Stockings, Baked Goods, Stanley Products, Casserole Kits, T-Shirts, Tupperware, Boutique Items, 4D Safety items, and much more. Artist Connie Swinney will paint a picture from a photo. Just bring her a photo and have her turn it into a beautiful painting. This year's concession stand will be having Mexican Pile On, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and delicious desserts. It is worth a trip just to have lunch! Santa will be on hand at 2:30 to visit with the children and hear their Christmas wish list. He will also be handing out treat sacks. Door prizes will be given throughout the day. Doris Faust is from Fay. She is a returning favorite. Doris has delicious homemade peanut brittle, chocolate covered peanut brittle and seasoned pretzels.

C & P Treasures is a returning vendor Penny and Cindy Clift's booth will feature Folkmanis Puppets, T-shirts, toys, scarves, critter hats and home decor items.
The UMW ladies will have a booth to raise for the Summer Lunch Program. They will have Christmas items and food items.

There will be a concession stand serving delicious hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, baked potatoes and homemade desserts. Takeout is available.
Santa will be arriving at 2:30 to hand out treats and visit with the kids.
The Christmas Basket Giveaway winner will be announced during the show. If you haven't bought your chances there is still time. The basket features items totaling over $900.00.
There will also be door prizes given away hourly. Don't miss this show!

Just three weeks until the Chamber of Commerce Annual Arts and Crafts Show! This year's show is on Saturday, November 21st at the Roger Mills Ag Pavilion. Doors open at 9:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m.
We have lots of new vendors this year as well as returning favorites. This week's spotlight includes some of both.
April Miller is a new vendor to our show. April is from Clinton. A Lovin Yarnful, her booth will have crochet items, arm knit and home decor.
Ashton Spencer is another new vendor. Ashton is from Weatherford. Ashton's booth will feature lots of great Christmas items.
Wanda Green is a new vendor. Wanda is from Cheyenne. Her booth will feature baked goodies and craft items & supplies.
Kelsey Idom is a new vendor. Kelsey is from Shattuck. Kelsey has T-shirts, onesies, craft bottles and decorative canvases.
Harold Stone is another new vendor. Harold makes decorative crosses from Reader's Digest books. These make great nostalgic and sentimental gifts.
Ashley Cogburn is new to our show. Ashley is from Elk City. She has Lipsense products.
Beth Milner is a new vendor. Beth is from Reydon and will have Essential Oils.
Some of our returning favorites include Marilyn McAlary. Marilyn is from Elk City. She has been attending our show for several years. Her booth features Handmade and purchased jewelry and small wooden items.
Rita Dodd is another returning vendor. Rita is from Hammon. Rita's booth features home decor items.
Chester Noah has attended our show for several years. Chester is from Leedey. His booth has beautiful handmade wooden crosses, clocks and other wooden items. Chester loves to visit!

The Chamber of Commerce Arts and Crafts Show is just around the corner. CoChair person Cindy Clift says "We are excited about our show this year. We have a lot of new vendors who are trying our show for the first time. I think shoppers will have a great experience. The show is a great place to find special unique gifts that you can't find in a big box store like Walmart. I am hoping people turn out to support the show so we can keep attracting quality vendors."
Each week we will be giving a little highlight of some of our vendors. It will give shoppers an idea of what to expect at this year's show.
First we will highlight some of our new vendors and their products. We will also talk about some of our returning favorites!
Tara Denney is a newcomer to the show. Tara sells Norwex products. Norwex is environmentally friendly cleaning products. With Norwex Microfiber and water you can save money, time and reduce harmful chemicals in your home. Come and see Tara demonstrate this great new line of products.
RG’s Custom Woodworking is another new vendor. Richard and Sherri Guynes are from Altus. They will have handcrafted adirondack style furniture. There will be rockers, chairs and tables. They also have handcrafted pens, ice cream scoops and more.
Wade Stafford is from Hammon. Wade sells collectible sports action figures. . He is sure to have your favorite team.
Roberta Chance is from Shattuck. Roberta has unique painted wooden dolls, children’s furniture as well as adult furniture pieces. If you are decorating a child’s room this is a must see booth.
Shayla Erwin from Cheyenne is returning for the second year. Shayla has Younique makeup, Thrive supplements, Monat Haircare and H9 water. Christy Batchelor from Cheyenne is also a returning favorite. Christy will have delicious homemade baked goods. Christy brings goodies such as German Chocolate Cake, Pumpkin Rolls, Red Velvet Cake, pies, and cupcakes. You never know what decadent dessert you will find at Christy’s booth.
Tressa Pearson from Crawford will be with us again this year. Tressa has adorable handmade baby quilts. No matter what your nursery theme might be, Tressa has a blanket for you. They make great shower gifts!
Debbie Cates from Leedey is another returning favorite. Debbie has handsewn items. She has aprons, tote bags made from feed sacks, soft material storybooks, teddy bears and much more. Debbie’s items are creative, fun, functional and beautiful!

The Annual Chamber of Commerce Arts and Crafts Show was held on Friday, December 14th. The show was a success with lots of new vendors and plenty of shoppers!
This year's show was completely booked with vendors displaying a unique array of items. There was jewelry, scarves, clothing, toys, cosmetics, handmade baby quilts, handsewn aprons, handmade teddy bears and cloth books, homemade peanut brittle, wooden crosses, framed prints, woodwork, handmade cutting boards, Stanley products, Juice It, It Works, Scentsy candles, handmade wooden children chairs, Paparazzi jewelry, Damsel in Distress women's self defense products, Christmas decorations, refurbished furniture, baked goods, canned goods, hand decorated tiles and much more.
KECO Radio broadcast from the show in the morning. Neva Pyatt was on hand to get the word out to the radio listeners. Also a big thanks to Melanie for all her advertising for the craft show in the Cheyenne Star and for taking Santa pictures. We appreciate it!
The show also had a concession stand that served delicious homemade Sloppy Joes and desserts. There were many comments on the delicious food.
This years show also featured door prize giveaways as well as craft cash drawings. The door prize winners received an item donated by the vendors. Craft cash winners received cash to be spent at the vendors booths. The annual Turkey giveaway was also held during the show.
Santa also made a much anticipated visit to the show. He visited with children and handed out treats.

This years show also featured door prize giveaways as well as craft cash drawings. The door prize winners received an item donated by the vendors. Craft cash winners received cash to be spent at the vendors booths. The annual Turkey giveaway was also held during the show.
Santa also made a much anticipated visit to the show. He visited with children and handed out treats.
The Chamber would like to thank the following people for their help. We couldn't do it without the volunteers. A big thanks to John Smith for his unwavering dedication to our Christmas events. Also thanks to Charlene and Jerry Wilson and James and Linda Maddux and Security State Bank for donating the Christmas treats for the kids.
The chamber also sends out a big thanks to Gena Bryan and the 4-H kids for running our Kids Corner. Thanks to Sydnee Key, Jacie Scott, Faith Bryan and Chaz Bryan. They entertained the kids with games and face painting.
We would like to thank Market Square for their concession donations and the turkeys, Dr. Pepper for thier pop donation and Roger Mills Memorial Hospital for their concession donations.

As you can see the Arts and Crafts Show takes a lot of effort from a lot of people to come together. The Chamber would like to thank everyone who came out and supported our efforts by attending the show. Community events can only survive if the community supports them by attending.

The Cheyenne Roger Mills Chamber of Commerce Third Annual Arts and Crafts Show was held on Saturday, December 1st. It was a very successful show! Lots of people came out to browse the many unique items the vendors had to offer this year.
There was a wonderful selection of items! You could find things from handmade toys and books to handcrafted wooden chests. Some of the items on display were jewelry, baby quilts, homemade canned good, homemade soaps, decorated tiles, suncatchers made from antique plates, metal Christmas sculptures, Scentsy candles, Jamboree Nail Art, toys, jeweled scarves, toys, critter hats, clothing, tupperware, homemade baked goods, candy, hand crocheted bags, purses, grace adele, stanley products, paparazzi jewelry, handmade wooden crosses and wooden clocks. The list goes on and on. There were many wonderful things to browse through.
Santa flew in at 2:00 p.m. to visit with all the children. He took every last child's wish list and handed out a sack of treats to every good little boy and girl. A big thanks to James & Linda Maddux and Jerry & Charlene Wilson for donating the treats and sacking them up.
The concession stand served hamburgers, hot dogs, chili, baked potatoes, homemade pies and dessert bars. Everyone enjoyed all the delicious goodies! We would like to thank everyone who made desserts for the concession Darla Yowell, Linda Maddux, Darla Beastefeld, Carrie Lovett, Rhonda Hensley, Judy Tracy, Rhonda Keys, Pat VerSteeg, Carol Maples & Mark Teel. A big thanks to Linda Maddux for making the chili.
The Chamber would like to thank the following people for helping with this year's show!
